Speak Life Into Someone's Depression And Feelings Of Loss

Encouragement goes along ways. It helps people overcome feelings of loss, hopelessness, depression and can press through sad times. Encouragement is like medicine that stirs the depths of us to press forward, overcome and find victory.

Sometimes just the simplicity of saying "everything will be alright" or "your going to do great" can make all the difference in the world. Encouragement is an extension of the very fruits of the spirit, an extension of love and compassion and is a powerful seed that when sown can produce great fruit in the lives of others.

Be an encourager and sow seeds that are fruitful.

The Eyes Of A Heart Of Compassion

Just imagine all the struggling children of the world. The fatherless, the motherless, the orphans, the sick, the abused, the hungry. Those that are surrounded by evil, wickedness, war, death, disease and so the realities of life go.

Reach out and help them. Find a honorable charity or ministry that truly cares and is fruitful and support that organization. Look around your communities and see the needs. You see, we all can make a difference, one life at a time.

Bless the children of the world.

Wounds That Never Heal

There are those unfortunate situations, circumstances and just plain old accidents that lead to wounds, scabs and scares. We all encounter them. However there are also wounds that lead to scabs that we bring about through many situations.
1) Wrong Decisions
2) Rebellion
3) Disobedience
4) Pride
5) Selfishness
6) Stubbornness
7) Refusing to hear wise counsel

The list in many ways is endless.

Many times when we struggle with a certain character flaw. That same wound gets re opened over, and over and over and never truly heals. Sometimes God will also pick at that very wound and will not bring healing to that wound until we examine ourselves and repent.

You might say, not so!

Hsa 6:1 ? Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.

We always want to cover things over, yet when we do, they just keep popping up again.

Blessings, in Christ
